Torah Fund July 2019

Do you ever stop and think about how quickly time goes by?   Does it seem that we just began the year  2019 yesterday?   Now we are looking forward to the 2019-2020 Torah Fund campaign.  I want to take this opportunity to thank each and every Torah Fund contributor which helped make this a successful campaign.

We are devoted to nurturing Jewish life by strengthening the great institutions of the Conservative Movement, the JTS in New York and the Ziegler School of Rabbinic Studies in Los Angeles, the Schechter Institute in Jerusalem, the rabbinic institutes in Buenos Aires and Potsdam, Germany that train our rabbis, cantors and educators.

Women’s League is committed to working in partnership with these universities through Torah Fund.  We must do whatever we can to ensure that financial need is not a barrier to the best and the brightest of our young people devoting their lives to sustaining the Jewish community as leaders and teachers.
